Well, After tons of planning, two weeks of setting up and a checklist a mile long we are done producing this wonderful wedding reception. MY AWESOME AND DEDICATED CREW put so many hours in on this including over 19 hours just on the ceiling drape alone! We used hundreds of feet drape to do the ceiling, columns and entrance. We also used thousands of feet of Christmas lights to cover the ceiling, wrap the columns and intertwine the trees that we connected to the columns. We spent days going in the forest cutting and getting the right branches with just the right look and then painting them. We also used cascading lights all around the room to make it look like it was snowing. We designed the custom monogram. We hung drape on three of the walls which was
230 feet of more drape. I had snowflakes moving around the room via intelligent moving lights that I programmed. We also provided highboy tables and linen as well as led upligting. We set up highpeak tents to accommodate 200 people which had Italian globe lighting in them and every tent had a heater.
