We’re back and with a bang!! Grazing table tonight done for at the beautiful ! This venue and the lighting are insane and not to mention this spread! Per the clients request, we did a southern flare pairing to compliment their catering from . Complete with Mac and cheese balls, blue cheese and hot honey and cowboy caviar dip, it’s the perfect sweet heat ❤️‍🔥

Boursin- you can bake it, dip it, spread it or eat it with a spoon because it’s that good! Boursin is a mild, creamy cheese (similar to cream cheese) that can be found at any supermarket. I love to add this to boards to give a different look and texture but always delicious taste!

Small Grazing Board + a touch of Fall 🍂 Trader Joe’s dropped all the things pumpkin but before we start adding baby gourds to our boards, subtle touches to ease into it will do! also supplied us with some DELICIOUS fig honey and bay jam and it’s the perfect pairing with this Saint Andre Triple Creme Brie + a fresh fig 👏🏼

Let’s talk Crudités 🥦🥕🥒 meaning a spread of assorted raw vegetables, usually served with something to dip them in, I love to make homemade hummus or a zesty Tzatziki for dipping. The crunchy bite from veggies paired with bold cheese creates a complex tasting experience but can be enhanced even more when paired with pickled, sun dried or herbed veggies! I hate when my boards, cuts, and products start to seem repetitive so here is a tip I’ve picked up:
When you have a cheese like Toscano with a colorful or herb crusted rind, instead of cutting it in slices and laying it in a row, try flipping it over to display the rind! Displaying the herbs or color depending on what Toscano you have chosen, will add some much needed texture or pop of color to your board!

I love hearing from my friends that they have ambitions to quit their jobs and start their own business and I tell them all with no hesitation DO IT. You will never regret doing something you have a passion for, the only regret you will have is not starting sooner. Get Figgy with it! Did you know that Fig season is happening right now, August through October but there is a Fig Pre Season in the early weeks of June? The most popular fig (pictured here) is the Black Mission Fig. Figs pair well with a variety of cheeses like a creamy Brie or a crumbly sharp Stilton. Fig on Pizza + Prosciutto though? You have yourself a winner 🤤 Unless of course you believe no fruit belongs on pizza and then in that case, just stick to the meat and cheese.
