The Flagstar Strand – a stunning rehabilitation of the original 1921 venue – reopened in January 2017 and is fast becoming the fixture in Downtown Pontiac that it once was. T

he theater provides a unique and extraordinary entertainment experience from every seat in the house with intimate sight lines, superb acoustics. The theater provides comfort and convenience, with main floor restrooms and beverage service in the main floor bar, Charlene’s. Saginaw Street in Downtown Pontiac is also available for private rentals. The venue also has an open private space on the mezzanine level with an additional bar. There is plenty of convenient, metered street parking, garage and surface lot parking in the area. Valet service is also available. For more information on the venue, upcoming shows and rental opportunities, visit, flagstarstrand.com. The Flagstar Strand Box Office is open from Noon to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Encore Performing Arts Center, a non- profit 501(c)3 directs all theater operations and programming with the mission to:

• Serve a wide and diverse audience base.
