This has always been our policy, we use your deposit to purchase all the personalized items that we need to decorate your event, with your deposit you are securing the date and we reserve it exclusively for you, we turn potential clients down who want a event for that date that you already have reserved. Please understand that with your deposit you are making a commitment and we are also making a commitment to provide you with excellent service. The main reason of a deposit is to receive from you half of the total amount in advance to avoid a future loss in case of changes or cancellation on your part, and in this way we as a small business can survive since we will not have your event, but neither the others event we turned down because you have that date reserved. Without a deposit you will not be on our agenda, we will not take the time to plan and design your event, we will not take the time to go to different places to buy details to make your event unique.
