LAST DAY TO GET A GOODIE BAG

END OF SUMMER CHALLENGE!

CALLING ALL KIDDO'S 📣

School will be starting soon and you will be back to the busy fall season! We are still in need of costume donations of all sizes and Trick or Treating bags or buckets! (Appropriate for kids only, please)

CHALLENGE: Challenge your kiddos to clean out their closets this week, or dress up bins and donate any costumes they no longer use!
Explain to them, that it will be going to a child who is in need of a costume, so they can enjoy Trick or Treating this year, too!
Bring them with you to place them in the donation bin! IN RETURN, we are REWARDING them for their good deed! We have made up Halloween Goodie Bags! They will be in the bin for your child to grab when they donate! 1 goodie bag PER CHILD please!

We have had a few people asking how they can still help, even if they do not have any costumes to donate. Here is a few options!

•My husband and I try to go to as many garage sales and resale stores as we can, as often as we can, to find costumes to add to our boxes! If you want to donate a dollar or two, you are donating a costume! We have our Cashapp & Venmo below.

•If you are out and about at garage sales or resale stores and see costumes OR Halloween candy bags, for a dollar or two, grab them up!
Also, if they have free boxes, be sure to look!

•As Halloween gets closer I will begin to organize the Halloween Costume Drive, and I will need volunteers to help me run it!

•SHARE OUR POSTS. You may not have a costume to donate, but your friends & family might!

Our Donation Bin is located right next to our front door.
1525 Wells St. Port Huron, MI. (On the corner of 16th & Wells)
Donations are welcomed every day 8am-8pm.
If you are cleaning out your closets or have costumes left over after your garage sale, please consider donating to us for our Costume Drive.
We hope to get enough costumes to help any child that wants to trick or treat.

We are looking for 👀
-Costumes of all kids sizes
-Costumes in adult sizes for teens (appropriate only please)
-Trick-or-Treating bags or any smaller tote bags that can be used as such.

Hello friends! If you don't know, my husband and I run a Facebook Group called Halloween in the Port Huron area
My husband, Alex, is a HUGE fan of Halloween! He puts on a big display, covering our whole front yard, every year. He has expressed that he would like to make a haunted "walk-thru" experience this year.
I, myself, am not as big a fan of Halloween as him, but I support his love for the holiday.
We are currently brainstorming for this event and collecting props and things, which has given me the idea to do a Costume Drive.

What's a Costume drive?
Well, you know those old costumes that your kids will never wear again, that are shoved in the back of the closet?
You can donate them to us, and the week before Halloween, we will set up a Costume Drive for anyone in need, so every kid has a chance to dress up and Trick-or-Treat 🎃👻

What we are looking for:
Gently used Costumes in all kid sizes
Gently used Adult costumes for teens. (Appropriate)
Gently used Candy bags and buckets

DROP OFF LOCATION:
1525 Wells St. Port Huron, MI.
(on the corner of 16th & Wells)
Donations welcome every day 8am-8pm.
I will have a tote on the front porch to place costumes in.
