So a foodie/ Brewery review.
Snitz Creek in Fort Indiantown Gap in n PA.
Amazing little location. Which is one of three locations. Great beer list and a great menu. We got the Corn Nuggets. Which have a cinnamon sugar covering and dip in maple syrup was an amazing appetizer. We followed that with their creekside burger and a chicken sandwich. Both amazing. Great little place. Great service and a definite location stop for travelers just off rt 81. Maybe on their way to Hershey Park. Grab some fuel some food and a growler.
The beer list is huge. I tried the sours. All fruit and cheese cake swirls. And a lemon meringue pie ale. As a flight. The Mrs had their cider. Which was just sweet enough for her liking. I give this place a 9+ and it will be on list of places to stop when heading out this way.

This is what happens after four straight days of the fair and three catering events. Made of hardwork and no sleep. I wasn’t sure if she was getting up off our blowup lemonade stand.
Hands down the hardest working woman I’ve ever met. We wouldn’t be anywhere without her as our backbone. Many times we joke our name should have been. “Kim and him BBQ”

The Country Fair, Otisville, NY

Latest Lemonade update. SOLD OUT !! Thank you to everyone.
So……. A quick game of guess For a free lemonade and meal at our next event!! The closest to the number.

How MANY TOTAL Gallons did we sell over the four days. Keep in mind we sold out today alittle earlier than we wanted to.

Let me know your guess in the comments and the first person to get close without going over. Just like the price is right. 😂🤣 I’ll let you know who is correct.

Update: So the total amount of “Sold” Lemonade was 387.50 Gallons.
What that’s doesn’t calculate is the amount of Lemonade myself and our wonderful staff consumed over the four Days. Which is for all testing of flavors and blending purposes is really considered R&D.

Our Lemonade Girls doing their thing! Serving up some of the best lemonade. Some amazing flavors and blends. “Peach on the Beach”. “Bahama Mama” and many more. Explore our flavors.
It’s our last day at “The Country Fair” on Finchville Tpke When we run out we are out and we are getting low.
The Killer Nachos and our Tortilla Brisket and Pork bowls have been a huge hit and we are almost out.
Thank you to everyone that came and supported us. We love you all and are extremely grateful for all of you.

Thank you again to our hardworking Town of Greenville people. Once again an amazing event. Great turn out. The weather worked out well. And the fireworks was the best I’ve seen in a long while. For our first year it was beyond amazing. Proud to be a Greenville resident this was the place to be tonight.

We are so Sad to hear of the sudden passing of one of our long time supporter of DevilDogs BBQ. As a friend and a co worker. You will be very missed Ross.
Prayers to Deb and his Family. And to his fellow firemen and our friends in MV Transportation . May you rest in peace my friend.
I will miss our morning growls between us as we pass each other to start our day. Your dry humor always had me thinking. It was your support and humor is what inspired us to be all we can be and to keep us humble. Even when we were “ talkin recipes”
I will think of you everytime I put my Hawaiian shirt on. “Dress for the mindset!”
