Construction has begun! The Venue on Sweetwater will be taking reservations for weddings starting in January. This is a private venue designed for outdoor/indoor weddings. It can seat 200 indoors and has 7 acres of outdoor space. Call now for any questions. 361-894-2267

The Party Pavilion is about to be renovated into Calhoun county's only purpose built wedding venue. The Venue will have private bride and groom suits, bathrooms for both. There is a pergola in front of the pond which will make for a great outdoor wedding setting. And if mother nature doesn't act right, the wedding can be brought indoors. There will be a 3,000 sqft open main room with 25 foot ceilings. Also there is going to be a cater's kitchen with refrigeration, proofing cabinets (hot boxes) and a three compartment sink. And for the after party there will be a second story 2,000 sqft champagne room with pool table mini bar, and all the sound system you can handle. The Venue on Sweetwater should be accepting reservations for late summer weddings.
