This last weekend I pulled out all my skills for a extravaganza of floral sweetness, with luxe silver accents… yes, even the otters got dressed up for @mcdadediane The sun came out and the weather could not have been better! First big wedding of the year was magical in so many ways! Loved the dreamy, pnw vibes of the centerpieces and installs. Set up this boho-farm-style banquet as a teacher appreciation gift at my daughter’s school. All the flowers were from the school’s garden or mine! Just a grab what was abundant situation, thus the bright, rainbow palette. It’s always a delight to see the juxtaposition of blooms when improvising. 🎨

How many ways can you use lanterns?? While we all know this classic lighting option, there’s really so many different ways to use them. Here in the wet #pnw I’ve found the sturdy reusable nylon ones to be fantastic, #ecofriendlydecor since you can use them over and over!
