All of us here at cedar springs hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season this year! We are busy working on the off season projects that make cedar springs transform into the gorgeous hideaway every spring. Due to rising costs of the not so glamorous utilities that allow us to host so many amazing families each year we are going to be increasing the price of our Saturday rentals. The good news is that we are going to be able to keep the other rental days the same. This price change will go into place for all bookings made after 01/01/2025. If you sign your contract prior to this change it will not apply to your event regardless if the event date is after 01/01/2025. This also means you do have until the end of the month to lock in this years prices! More info will be on our webpage by the end of the day.

The Etta Projects will be holding their annual tree lot at Cedar springs 11/30, 12/1, 12/7, and 12/8 from 9am to 5pm. Cedar Springs has hosted this event for the last 15+ years! This is a great time to get your tree to support a great cause as well as a great drop in time to show your family/friends the venue (Keep in mind the venue is in off season and doesn't start looking wedding ready until spring and Cedar Springs staff will not be onsite giving tours unless a tour time is booked ).

We have officially wrapped up a wonderful 2024 season. Every year I'm beyond amazed at the love we get to experience between our couples and their families, in our community, and with a great group of wedding professionals. I'm consistently in awe of how the cedar springs extended family grows each and every time a couple walks over the bridge, rings the bell, and dances under the romantic lights of the gazebo. Thank you for another wonderful year. We will be taking this week to reflect, give thanks, and recharge. 2025 and 2026 couples will be receiving an update email soon, and tours will resume on the 17th of October.

As of 09/10/2024 due to safety and health Concerns, Cedar Springs has moved to a closed list of Caterers. All weddings booked after this date must use an official Cedar Springs Approved Catering Company. The use of an outside catering company is no longer permitted without paying an additional fee of $500.00 and submitting a outside caterer request for approval form. We are actively interviewing additional companies to add to our list. Please email [email protected] if you have questions. This does not affect weddings with contracts that were signed prior to 09/10/2024
