The Beautiful Wedding on May 28th 2016 of Valerie Kontos was a show stopper. With the background of the Point Defiance Pagoda (where Crescent Moon Catering is a preferred Vendor), family and friends gathered to celebrate this wonderful couple committing themselves to eachother. With a nod to their Greek heritage, the couple chose a menu to enhance their day. Starting with our famous Hot Artichoke and Cheese Dip with Pita Triangles, a Mediterranean Antipasto platter with Roasted Garlic Heads, Pita, Dolmas, Two kinds of Hummus, Herbed Feta and Olives. For the Protein our unique Charmoula Rubbed Chicken Skewers with fresh made Tzaziki Dip. Individual Greek Salad Cups and our show stopping Fresh Seasonal Fruit Display. Guests LOVED the unique menu that was so obviously created by our wonderful Couple. What an honor to be a part of their special day.
