We're just hopping along this April! If you feel the pressure of time (at least taxes can be crossed off today right? LOL) or are already cringing thinking about eating the same leftovers all next week, please get with me on this special so I can transform your holiday meal into delicious flavors you can enjoy in other ways!
I'll also be doing a bit of spring cleaning in my pantry storage and freezers too! Next week there won't be a menu, but I'll be cooking up some Chef specialities of choice and posting descriptions & pricing, for pick up or delivery beginning Tuesday.

Last year I created a turkey zucchini lasagna, which was beloved and highly requested since. However, it was the most preparation of any meal or special I've done, and made recreating and offering the lasagna again was something to be wished for.
Now I've created the next best thing! Zucchini lasagna boats, with layers of delicious Italian flavors! (Plus less than half the work lol)
Feast your eyes and imagine the tastes as you watch the steps to bringing this amazing meal to life!

If anything, I can at least make wholesome colorful meals that leave you feeling comforted and happy.
Boy how my heart flutters when I read a complimentary text from a client enjoying every last bite of their meal!
I might not have it all figured out, I might be hanging on by a thread half the time, and I'm always stressed.. but I find myself at peace in the process of creating delicious food, full of color, flavor, and love.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every weekly client I get to prepare and cook for!

Did you know... last year I switched from regular ground beef to only grass fed organic beef? This year already I've made the change to farm fresh eggs from local vendors. Next, purchasing as much produce from local farms as possible too!
Did you know... last year I jumped in, kind of blind and feeling my way around as I worked not 2 other main jobs, but 4 other different positions (some just 1-2x per month). This year though I am fully focused on giving my business and my loyal clients all of my time and care, really show my passion for creating delicious meals to be enjoyed.
Did you know... the name of my business - without the logo showing food in a pot - was actually created to be more indefinite than merely for meal prep? There is more to come my friends, and I'm excited to announce that updates and new services are just around the corner!

Thursdays are for variety! Each week I have the opportunity to prepare & cook for returning clients, one of which has allergies to nuts, shellfish, gluten, & onions. They love vegetables and enjoy their eggs served different ways. I can accommodate. It's what I strive to do. While there might be some trials & learning at first, I feel so happy knowing when a client like this is happy with her food, satisfied knowing she didn't have to risk a reaction from ordering elsewhere, and can discuss specific feedback with me.

Mexican shrimp salad was a client request and it came out sooooo deliciously!
How about a cheesesteak!? Without bread? Maybe no cheese even? I got you and I still made it to satisfy the tastebuds! A unique salmon & veggie dish that I could have scarfed down myself! Plus a banging seasoning & sauce combination for this week's highlighted shrimp stirfry came out better than I hoped for!

It came out SO GOOD!! Like I outdid myself good. Like I couldn't get enough I had to make more so I could eat some good. Deliciousness in every bite!
