I was told the second year as a flower farmer was a "Make it or Break it Year" and they weren't wrong.
2024 was a year of failures and successes, of trial and much error! Flowers that didn't perform well or maybe they did well, but just weren't right for bouquets. The bookkeeping, business & advertising end of things definitely stretched me.
All in all it was a "growing year" in more ways than just crops! 😊
The joy of seeing so much happiness on my customers faces, and hearing their stories of how my flowers mean so much and bring so much joy to them is indescribable.
Needless to say, the seed catalogs are out and the 2025 garden beds are being planned as we winter in and embrace this slower season of rest. 🌸

The Winter Porch Pot Season is a Wrap! Whew! 😅 Thank you to Everyone who placed orders this year ❤️ I appreciate your support of my small business! Thank you to my family who had a wife & mom who would randomly disappear into her flower shed for hours on end 😄 I couldn't have made it through without their help & understanding.

Pre-Ordering is Officially Open!
These Winter Porch Pots sell for $30 with a $5 upcharge for a black & red checked bow.
Dimensions are approximately 30" high x 24" wide and come in a 3 gallon black plastic pot with wet floral foam as the base. Fuss free and these will last you all winter looking fresh!
Pickup time will be the week of Thanksgiving. You may schedule pickup at the Flower Stand (Maybelle) 😊 or local delivery within the village of Port Sanilac can be arranged.
You may pre-pay using Venmo or pay at the time of pickup in the stand.

Beautiful Blooms in November! I'm cutting greens for winter porch pots but still I was able to make some lovely bouquets from this harvest for a dear customer ☺️ Next thing on the checklist is planting hundreds of tulips for next year! My brain is going in 3 seasons! 😄

Another Beautiful Blooming & Growing season has come to an end 🌸 I just want to thank everyone who stopped by Maybelle from May - October to support our micro flower farm! 🌸 I have The Best Customers! 🌻 I've really enjoyed getting to meet some of you out at the stand. We're excited about expanding the gardens and growing more next year! 🌸
