Well it had been exactly 1 year since TGB BBQ has competed in a Cookoff but we were not going to miss The Humble Rodeo Cookoff. It was a crazy weekend weather wise going from sunny and hot to rain to crazy wind but we buckled down and did our thing.

We ended up with an 8th rib and 8th pork. Chicken and brisket did not fair bad and we ended up 5th overall out of 119.

Thanks to my teammates Terry O'Neal and Henry Gaitan for keeping the chaos controlled. Vince Colonnetta held down and represented a TGB team as well. Laurie Hayes-Wiley showed up and controlled a spot as well as Kelly.

Already looking forward to next year!

Been a while since I’ve hit a comp but decided to knock the rust off at the Humble Rodeo.

It was a great time hanging out with friends and family. When it was all said and done we ended up with
15th chicken
15th Rib
4th pork
4th brisket

3rd overall!!
