The Saged Succulent is a unique floral design business that follows a sustainable wild craft model. We are proud to be 100% foam and plastic free.

Every piece is intentionally planted to thrive into the season it was created for. Sena Dinh founded the company and runs it passionately, hands on, always mindful of the environment. She works out of her Portland home where she can keep her hands in the dirt while watching over her 2 daughters. Sena's heart maybe in Portland but her roots always take her back to her family's cherry orchard. Our l

and is nestled against the Blue Mountain Province in Eastern Oregon. The Saged Succulent is a seasonal business as we need summers to grow our plants and wildcraft our products. Sena works alongside her mother in the summer, teaching her daughters how to nurture their roots in the land that has taken care of the Lane family for over 65 years. Our philosophy is summed up perfectly by a quote from Robin Wall Kimmerer "This is really why I made my daughters learn to garden-so they will always have a mother to love them, long after I am gone."

It’s a wrap on succulent pumpkin season! I’m a little sad as it’s one of my favorite creations, but am so thankful for my clients who enjoy these beauties as much as I love making them.

Eastern Oregon folks, those of you who haven’t ordered now is the time. I’ll be delivering next weekend (October 11-13). These pumpkins take time to create so deadline to order is Monday (October 7th ) evening. Succulent pumpkins make beautiful fall centerpieces and unique hostess gifts. These pumpkins will last you through November and clear into winter with proper care .

I’m heading to Easter Oregon to deliver pumpkins and do some orchard work of course. If you haven’t put your order in now is the time! I’ll be in Cove October 11-13th . I have a variety of colors and sizes still available. As for my Thanksgiving orders, these pumpkins will last way past the Thanksgiving holiday so it’s ok to order soon. I may not get back to Cove before turkey day.

Locally sourced tulips from the beautiful Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm. Tulips are one of my spring favorites. They are beautiful in a vase but can become a bit droopy if not given cold water on a daily basis. I like to recut my stems keep them bundled and set them in very cold water for a few hours as soon as I bring them home, then arrange and enjoy.

This beautiful pine round came from a very special tree my beloved grandpa planted . After the wind blew the top out I decided to save some wood to create with. The succulent pine round was born . The middle is open for an interchangeable candle votive . Perfect for the holidays.
