This weekend we catered a 90th birthday party! What an exciting thing to celebrate. We made several trays like a fruit platter, a 4 pound cheese platter, an 8 pound deli meat platter, sandwich toppings, 15 pounds of potato salad, 12 pounds of macaroni salad and 40 hoagie rolls. We always come through for what ever our clients want!
