Gotta’s farm picks fresh corns for their market everyday (butter & sugar, silver queen and honey select)
Sharing a little of my family’s culture on how we cook our corns. We use the sticky rice pot and basket to steam the corns. Prepare the corns by trimming both ends of the corn, remove outer husks protective leaves, leaving the tender inner leave during the steaming process for the most aromatic. Cover corn before steaming.

It was so much fun participating in the Portland Village Street Garden Project to help beautify Main Street! We partnered with Main Street Cycle shop to weed, swept the store front, painted the railings, added 5 large planters, 4 box railing planters and replaced the front door. A small act is significant in making a better place for our community ❤️
Main Street Cycle has been in business for 28 years servicing all things related to Harley Davidson motorcycles.
