Summer Soirée Wine Pairing Dinner
We are elated to have the opportunity to partner once again with Archery Summit winery, to offer a unique wine pairing dinner.
Join us as we indulge in a 4-course dinner prepared by Culinary Director, Andrew Biggs, and Executive Chef, Adam Murphy, in our modern event space in the Pearl District.
The menu has been curated to pair perfectly with a variety of current releases and library wines from Archery Summit.
We are welcoming you to reserve a seat at our friendly communal tables, where Archery Summit wine experts will be seated amongst you to offer an interactive wine conversation.
We are looking forward to creating lasting memories with you as we savor the conversations and laughter while sharing a few of Archery Summit's favorite Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays.

Hors d'oeuvres, passed on arrival
- Fire Grilled Northwest Oysters with sauce Béarnaise.
- Organic Gales Meadow Farm Cherry Tomato, served with concasse tomato conserva in tomato consume, extra virgin olive oil sphères, amaranth crisp.
-Adobo Braised Jackfruit Tostada with black bean purée, onion, red pepper salsa fresca.
First Course
- Oregon Dungeness Crab Agnolotti.
House-made agnolotti pasta stuffed with crab, fumé & shaved truffles
Second Course
- Roasted Quail Galantine.
Stuffed with white boudin sausage & bacon. Ayers creek corn polenta, roasted cipollini onion, haricot vert, pan jus
Entrée Course
- Snake River Farm Coulotte.
Corn & chanterelle succotash, fava bean purée
Dessert Course
- Wood Block Crémeux au Chocolat with pinot noir poached figs
