Our strawberry shortcake is always a surprise hit at events. We used Soumaintrain cheese from France and whipped it with some cream, making a savory sweet dish that still works perfectly with dry wines (like, say, Oregon Chardonnay!) 🍓🧀

Gamay 🍷 & Gratitude 🙏! We had a blast this weekend providing bites for the Gamay & Gratitude seminar ! Our bites were made to pair with their Gamay with some inspiration from the food of Beaujolais. We made coffee roasted beets, mushroom palmier, duck Terrine, and beef Bourguignon.
