Opening Parallel has been a lifelong dream for us, and to receive this recognition in our first year of business ( just since August!) feels like a dream come true. From curating wines and creating dishes that inspire, to welcoming you into our space—every moment has been fueled by our passion for this “wine-first” concept and our love for what we do.

Happy hour ALL NIGHT tonight ‼️ So, the plan was to launch happy hour today, been in the works and on our minds for awhile. But an hour just isn’t enough for today so we’re running it until close. $10 Old Fashioneds, $9 Lambrusco, $10 Sommelier’s choice of wine, and some food specials. After tonight it will be Wed-Sun 4-5pm. ❣️

Did you know our Hush Puppies dish is inspired by chef Joey’s southern roots?

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and taken to the next level with uni butter. Flavors of rich, briny sweetness and cornmeal crunch are both conforming and unexpected. Pair it with a sparking wine for the perfect balance of flavors (like our Barbadillo Toto by the glass or some bubbles from our bottle list)! 🥂
