Hey friends, We made this video to help explain the safety measures that Stumptown DJs is taking during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the video we describe the various precautionary steps, equipment and PPE that is necessary to professionally DJ an event in Oregon and Washington utilizing current government mandates / orders.

Disclaimer: Government mandates/orders are changing weekly and therefore, the current set of rules and regulations may have changed since the date this video was originally posted. As we were producing this video, the local regulations had changed several times and therefore you will see some text updates to the current government mandates throughout.

Feel free to share with anyone you feel it would help during these times. Even if they don't live in the PNW. Who knows who else it could help.

Got another Home Jams for ya! This one is Volume 6 — I can’t believe we’ve done this many already. Wow! ( Look at our profile for the link)

This week's playlist was built by DJ Rian, who’s been Djing with us for about 3 years. DJ Rian has his hands in many projects, so he’s not a regular with us, but he’s definitely a part of our DJ family. If you ever see him spin, he’s usually using a turntable or two and doing a fair amount of scratching, which really gets people going on the dancefloor!

When I asked him about this playlist he said, “I created this playlist with a little something for everyone to love. Having been a musician for 20 years — playing 8 instruments in all sorts of bands, and being a DJ for almost a decade now — I’ve become a fan of every genre. Plus, I love to switch it up. So for this mix, I blended a little hip hop, with some rock, throwbacks, wedding favorites, and everything in between. I hope people find something new they’ve never heard, and maybe some classics they love. I think it’s especially good to mix things up during these days of monotony.”
