Check out the Special Menu that our Lodge is offering for February 14. You can pre-order your dinner by calling the Lodge or stopping by the Bar. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, our band for the evening, Northern Groove had to cancel. But we hope to bring them back at a later time.

We are fortunate that Stealing Sunday will be playing that night from 7:30-10:30pm, so plan on joining us for a fun filled night. 3 Card Challenge for cash and special raffle baskets, as well.

Portland Lodge 188 will be hosting the Don Campbell Band on Saturday, March 15. Tickets available on EventBrite, $20 pp, $25 at the door. Doors open at 6 pm, band starts at 7 pm. Cash bar. Food available for purchase. Irish drinking songs, dance music, and tons of fun!

Our dear friend and Lodge 188 member Barbara Pileggi passed away December 21 at the Gosnell House after suffering a stroke days earlier. She will be sorely missed by all her friends at the Lodge. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held Saturday, December 28, 1-4 pm, at the Lodge for those wishing to attend. ❤️❤️❤️

New Year’s options at Lodge 188 this year: Super Bingo with doors opening at 8 am, and games starting at 11:30 am. Come, have fun, enjoy a hot lunch, win some money, and you’ll be home by 3pm. Or dance the night away at our Vegas New Year’s with the Jim Ciampi Band. Tickets to this new years extravaganza must be purchased in advance using EventBrite or calling 838-4386. A super fun night with superb food to ring in the new year!

Friday night at Lodge 188, the Activity Committee made presentations to three local nonprofits. As a result of our Basket Raffle Extravaganza, executive director Silvan Shawe of Cultivating Community and Melissa Skahan, VP Northern Light Mercy Hospital and director of McAuley Residence each received a check for $2,000! Angela Stone, founder and executive director of Maine Needs was on hand to receive the 529 items members donated to our Warming Tree clothing drive. The three women were extremely grateful for the generosity of our members and remarked what a difference our donations will make to their organizations. A huge thank you to all our members and friends who donated to the basket raffle, and also bought raffle tickets, and to those who donated clothing, boots, socks, mittens, hats, gift cards to the Warming Tree! Job well done. ❤️

Not sure what to do on New Year's Eve day - how about spending the afternoon at the Portland Elks Lodge SUPER NEW YEARS BINGO? $40 Super Bingo Package sold at the door; pots start at $100 with over $4,000 in prize money. Kitchen will be open with lunch options. Doors open at 9 am, and GAMES START AT 11:30 AM. Open to the public!

We are open regular hours on December 17, and there is NO BINGO on December 24.
