Private cheffing can look like this 👀 My clients are all very into these chickpea patties so I make them pretty much every week. This week they were served with tabouli, sautéed asparagus, a beet and fennel salad, and some romesco sauce for dipping. YUM, and zero cleanup. 👍🏼😋🥗

Shabbat shalom from me and this irresistible vegan-coconut chocolate tart 🌴🍫🌰 I *loved* romancing a coupla qu**rs with a takeaway date night dinner, finished off with this no-bake chocolate tart that is now going to be a regular on menus! I love doing dinners like this. LET ME ROMANCE YOU! I’m available to cook in-house, or for takeaway meals like this one. Very cute, 10/10 recommend. 😉🍰😘

Today in private cheffing. This is part of the meal I prepared for a private client today, including: polenta cakes with mushrooms, broccoli and radish; seeded crackers; paprika rubbed salmon with smashed potatoes and kale; Brussels sprout-apple slaw. 🍎🌱🍄‍🟫🥦🍠 It can be hard to feed ourselves even without intense dietary restrictions, so it means so much to me to be able to feed my clients nourishing and tasty food that meets their food needs.
