9 months ago I started working with Thermo Systems for their 25th anniversary! What an amazing organization! They have a great business culture and understanding of how to take care of their employees. In June we produced their 25th anniversary at Disney World! Just shy of 700 attendees, from end to beginning the full team photo, anniversary dinner with dancing and nannies, check in room with swag and the prep room. Thank you to all the vendors who helped make it great.

Wow, its been a hot moment since we have posted, COVID has been a hot button for the Live Events Industry and many of our clients have been postponing and cancelling their events. If you or anyone you know is now again in a situation where they are needing to cancel or postpone something please let us know. We have some time and availability to help them as best as we can.

For the last 3 years we have been working with Portland Open Bible Community Pantry on their annual event. This year COVID has shut it down. We are to able to host the normal 150+ who support our fundraising efforts. With an increase in need we are helping them pivot into a new funding format. Can you help us support this food pantry by donating either $25 which supports a household of 2 for an entire month or $50 which supports a household of 4 for an entire month. Your donation helps go a long way in giving many an extra sense of securing in a time where many are worried about how they will feed their kids and themselves.
