Portland Book Festival 2021 was a blast! Outdoors we had the pleasure of hosting the Gastro Obscura vending machine! This unique vending machine celebrates food from around the world and the new book "Gastro Obscura: A Food Adventurer's Guide" Along side we enjoyed tasty treats from Tournant, Yume Confections, Reverend Nat's and Bar Viviant. There was even music created using vegetables!
