👋 Still here. Life gets chaotic and sometimes you need a break and that’s exactly what I did ♥️ Taking a hiatus from the truck for the summer but in the meantime, go follow - sister to - as we eagerly await their opening! And lastly, enjoy these gorgeous poppies, they deserved a moment 😍👌

Portland! This weekend was a dream - shoutout to and for being such gracious hosts. Flowers from and were stunning as always 😍🥰 support your local farms whenever you can!

Lilies and the color red: not my favorite. So here we are, challenging and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. Full disclosure: I was super disappointed in the outcome. But someone reminded me that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So, again, here we are ♥️

Easiest way to make-your-own bouquet at the truck?
1 | pick your focal flowers - some of our favorites are mums or dahlias!
2 | add your filler flowers - big fan of snapdragons and carnations (I’ll sing the praises of carnations all day)
3 | finish with some green - you can’t go wrong here, add a bunch or just a touch!
Most important of all: don’t stress and just trust the creative process 🛻❤️💐

People are often surprised when I tell them carnations are one of my favorite flowers to work with. Here’s a fun tip to make them look like a completely different flower and add some movement to your bouquet! . ✂️ small cuts to the sepal 🍌 peel back the sepal to expose the petals 🌸 gently push the petals back to open up the flower head for fullness .
