Investment opportunities in Maldives 🇲🇻.

There are open opportunities to invest in a much anticipated hotel project in maldives. The opportunity is open in the capital city, specifically the new city called hulhumale', which is connected to the main island , and international airport via cross sea bridge. Although there are tons of hotels already established in the island, the current locations are the most prominent in terms of location, and are developed solely for the purpose of tourism. It takes just over 20 mins by car from the airport to the destination. Since part of the development includes upscale hotels ( or mini resorts), where the development comes with a private beach, while others include city hotels, luxury villas and other hotel types.
This development comes at a time where a large-scale cruiseliner terminal is being developed on the island, which will further increase tourist arrival and hence will make investment more secure. Furthermore, adjacent to this development comes another anticipated business district development project.

As Maldives is a famous travel destination, feasibility in investing in the tourism sector is really high, taking just 3-5 years to make profit in investments exceeding even $100million. close to 2million tourists arrive here every year, which is 5 folds of the local population.

We have done the financials feasibility for both projects housing and luxury resort development. For me it is ok for brand or no flag.

For the housing it is 165M dollars. It will be payback with in 7years

For the Luxury resorts development is 85M dollars. Payback period is maximum 8y 11 months. It’s is for 99y investment

Good morning ❤️

I took a challenge with some amazing women of God this month. We are studying the book of Proverbs. Today’s message had me reading it over and over and sharing it! I hope this gives my brothers some wisdom and my sisters too! Be blessed!

“My son, pay attention to my wisdom; listen carefully to my wise counsel. Then you will show discernment, and your lips will express what you’ve learned. For the lips of an immoral woman are as sweet as honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil. But in the end she is as bitter as poison, as dangerous as a double-edged sword. Her feet go down to death; her steps lead straight to the grave. For she cares nothing about the path to life. She staggers down a crooked trail and doesn’t realize it. So now, my sons, listen to me. Never stray from what I am about to say: Stay away from her! Don’t go near the door of her house! If you do, you will lose your honor and will lose to merciless people all you have achieved. Strangers will consume your wealth, and someone else will enjoy the fruit of your labor. In the end you will groan in anguish when disease consumes your body. You will say, “How I hated discipline! If only I had not ignored all the warnings! Oh, why didn’t I listen to my teachers? Why didn’t I pay attention to my instructors? I have come to the brink of utter ruin, and now I must face public disgrace.” Drink water from your own well— share your love only with your wife. Why spill the water of your springs in the streets, having s*x with just anyone? You should reserve it for yourselves. Never share it with strangers. Let your wife be a fountain of blessing for you. Rejoice in the wife of your youth. She is a loving deer, a graceful doe. Let her breasts satisfy you always. May you always be captivated by her love. Why be captivated, my son, by an immoral woman, or fo**le the breasts of a promiscuous woman? For the Lord sees clearly what a man does, examining every path he takes. An evil man is held captive by his own sins; they are ropes that catch and hold him. He will die for lack of self-control; he will be lost because of his great foolishness.”

Love Triumphs over Lust

There are many stories of love in the Bible. The Bible itself is a story of love between God and humanity.

However, sadly, the Bible also has its fair share of stories around lust. Lust can take on many forms but today I want to address the more physical kind of lust.

Lust can be defined as ‘uncontrolled or illicit s*xual desire or appetite’ (dictionary.com).

To illustrate the difference between love and lust, let’s look at the story of Shechem and Dinah, found in the book of Genesis, chapter 34...

Now Dinah the daughter of Leah, whom she had borne to Jacob, went out to see the women of the land. And when Shechem the son of Hamor the Hivite, the prince of the land, saw her, he seized her and lay with her and humiliated her. And his soul was drawn to Dinah the daughter of Jacob. He loved the young woman and spoke tenderly to her. So Shechem spoke to his father Hamor, saying, “Get me this girl for my wife.”

(Genesis 34:1-4 ESV)

One thing that is worth noting in this portion of scripture is that Shechem did love Dinah. ‘His soul was drawn to her,’ the Bible says, and ‘he loved the young woman and spoke tenderly to her.’

The sad fact is, however, that Shechem had already defiled Dinah. He had taken from her something that she was not willing to give and, in so doing, displayed that his lust for her was likely more powerful than his love.

Lust takes. Grabs. Snatches.

Love gives. Waits. Is patient.

An example of where love reigned over lust is in the story of Jacob and Rachel.

After Jacob had stayed with Laban for about a month, Laban said to him, “You shouldn’t work for me without pay just because we are relatives. Tell me how much your wages should be.”

Now Laban had two daughters. The older daughter was named Leah, and the younger one was Rachel. There was no sparkle in Leah’s eyes, but Rachel had a beautiful figure and a lovely face. Since Jacob was in love with Rachel, he told her father, “I’ll work for you for seven years if you’ll give me Rachel, your younger daughter, as my wife.”

“Agreed!” Laban replied. “I’d rather give her to you than to anyone else. Stay and work with me.” So Jacob worked seven years to pay for Rachel. But his love for her was so strong that it seemed to him but a few days.

(Genesis 29:14-20 NLT)

Jacob loved Rachel enough to wait for seven years before he was physically intimate with her. He displayed love that was more powerful than lust.

My encouragement to us today is to take a lesson from Jacob.

Let us exercise self-control, patience, and love when it comes to lust. Let’s master it rather than allow it to master us.

Day 1: A Woman Adorned and Adorning

Woman to woman. Older to younger. Day to day. Life to life.

This is God’s good and beautiful plan. The biblical model of older women living out the gospel and training younger women to do the same, of younger women recognizing the value of older women in their lives—of women adorning the gospel together—is vital for all of us to thrive. Living our lives as Titus 2 women enables us to fulfill the purpose for which we were created. It helps our families and churches to flourish and the beauty of the gospel to shine forth in our world.

When older women and younger women support each other in living out God’s transforming love, the entire body of Christ—the bride of Christ—grows more beautiful.

The heart of this powerful pattern can be seen in a single paragraph of Titus 2. And yet the rich, practical, gospel-drenched insight found in Titus 2:3‒5 is sufficient to keep us nourished and growing for a lifetime.

We all need to understand how to adorn the teaching of the gospel of Christ with the way we live—and to help each other do the same. And that’s exactly what Titus 2 provides for us. With its succinct summary of the character qualities that delight God’s heart and attract the hearts of those around us, this passage provides a timeless curriculum meant to be handed down from generation to generation. It lets older women know what is most important to share and younger women know what they’re called to aspire to become.

Each of us supporting others and encouraging them to press on. One generation passing the baton to the next, preserving and inspiring godliness and gospel witness. And, in the process, the beauty of Jesus shines forth and His kingdom is advanced in our world.

This is a joy you can experience. It’s not about having a big platform or an official teaching role (though God may entrust one or both to you). More than that, it’s about living the life He has made you for and called you to, right where you are.

Older women modeling holiness, obedience, and love, and investing intentionally in the lives of younger women.

Younger women seeking and receiving, with humility and gratitude, the blessings given to them from seasoned women, only to pass the treasure on to others down the line.

Women of all ages—growing ever more beautiful as the gospel of Christ adorns our lives.

Adorning that gospel by the way we live.

And doing it all, step by step, together—the Titus 2 way.

“The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; that they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.”
‭‭Titus‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬-‭5‬ ‭ KJV

Canaan had become so defiled by idolatry and infested with injustice that the people living there had made child sacrifices a part of their routine. Archaeologists have uncovered graveyards that contain the remains of thousands of infant corpses that had been offered to their blood-thirsty gods.

This was the sin of the Amorites. For hundreds of years, God was patient with them. He gave them hundreds of years to stop what they were doing, repent of their sins, and choose a different way. But they never did.

Eventually, the time came for justice. God’s method of justice was to use this wandering band of liberated people to bring down a blood-thirsty empire that had been built on the backs of slaves and child sacrifices.

The lesson? God is immensely patient. As God Himself says, “... ‘The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness’…” (Exodus 34:6 NIV).

Just because you haven’t been punished yet for your sins doesn’t mean you got away with it. It means our Loving Father is giving you a chance to get it right!

God bless

Good morning, Everyone 🌞❤️

Mood:

”For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.“
