We wrapped up October with an incredible week! It was a pleasure to assist Crofton Industries in celebrating their milestone 75th anniversary. We showcased our new Losberger 25-meter party structure, which, at 80 feet wide and 160 feet long, provided ample space for a stage, dance floor, and seating for 500 guests.

Meanwhile, on the other side of town, we supported TowneBank with dozens of tents, hundreds of tables and chairs, generators, and restroom trailers for another successful fall Extravaganza.

All this while supporting both Old Dominion University Athletics and Norfolk State University football tailgating and other various parties around town.

Thanks to all who trust Special Events to cover all of life’s events.

🚢 Setting Sail with Precision! 🚢

Our team has been hard at work with some incredible setups recently, from the iconic USS Dwight D. Eisenhower to a massive 60x90 pole tent at the Newport News Propeller Club, and another setup at Old Dominion University (ODU). Each project had its own unique challenges, but we brought our A-game every step of the way!

At the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, we were honored to contribute to such a legendary piece of naval history. The Newport News Propeller Club saw us putting up a 60x90 pole tent that stood tall and proud, perfectly ready for the event ahead. And at ODU, we ensured everything was in place for an unforgettable experience.

Big or small, near or far, we take pride in delivering excellence with every setup.
