Hey Gang! Please read the add-on updates for this Saturday. Orders need to be to us by noon on Friday.

Last minute add on if you don’t want to cook this weekend. You can pre-order brisket for $16/lb or $15 for 5 lbs+. Pulled pork for $10/lb and $9/lb for 5+ lbs. The ribs are $22 per rack or 3 racks for $60. You’ll get sauce with your order. Additional Hickory, Alabama White Sauce or Grandpa’s Spicy can be pre-ordered in a 14 oz bottle for $6. Food will be cooked by mid afternoon (3pm) Also, please remember if you comment/order off of a shared post, we don’t always see that. Friends!

We are going to pre-sell ribs again for Saturday, August 31st. They will be done mid-afternoon. We do our best to get ribs on sale and pass that savings along. The sale wasn’t quite as good this time, so we have to raise the prices a little. I hope y’all understand. $22 per rack or 3 racks for $60. Let us know if you want any. We have 40 racks to sell. Thank you all! All 25 racks are spoken for. If you need any brisket or pulled pork by the pound let us know. We will be cooking a lot over the next few months and are most likely able to accommodate you. Brisket @ $16/lb. Brisket @ $15/lb with 5 lb+ orders. Pulled pork @ $12/lb. Pulled Pork @ $11/lb with 5lb + orders. We will let you know about Pork Belly, Chicken and Ribs when we cook those. Please try to give us a weeks notice. Thanks, again!

Ok, It’s last minute, but I’m going to ask Y’All. Are you interested in Pork Spare Ribs this Saturday? We have 25 racks to sell. $20 per rack or 3 racks for $50. We can have them ready by mid afternoon. Pick up at the Legion in Potomac. If you need them a little earlier/later or want them and can’t make it to Potomac, let us know and we can try to accommodate within reason. Thank you in advance!

I made a clerical error on the date for the BBQ outing at the Legion in Potomac. It’s March 2nd on a Saturday from 11 am - 6 pm, not the 3rd. Please make note of that and my apologies. Btw, thanks to Alden Hoskins and Chris Showalter for getting the wood cut and split today!

Guess who’s ba’ack? JC’s Artesian Smoke is going to be serving BBQ at the Legion in Potomac on March 2nd from 11 am - 6pm. Mark it down! Something new for Y’All. Pre-order racks of pork ribs for $20/rack or $50/3 racks! We will put out the official menu closer to the date. And yes, of course we will be doing nachos again topped with your favorite bbq meats.
