Michigan Country Music Hall of Fame is an institution founded on the premise of giving a home to country music artists for their many years of performing in the great state of Michigan. The Hall of Fame is known for such artists as David D. Dickerson "The Louisiana Cowboy", and many others.

This album is very important to me. Shannon Rae was my aunt who had an independent record deal with Playback Records. I had the extreme pleasure of being in her band and playing the lead guitar for her. It was a huge influential time for me. I learned a lot as a musician and band member being a part of her band Wild Ride. I met a lot of other musicians and some Nashville industry folks that I still stay in contact with to this day.
