Today I'd like to begin by wishing our good friends, Scott, Robert, and Roger of The Scott Weis Band a sincere Happy 20th Anniversary!
I'd also like to share this announcement and video for The Scott Weis Band.
For their 20th anniversary they will release their 9th full length album and follow up with a tour and are Now booking.
To Quote: Having been inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 2012 "SWB has a unique style of blues combining old school down home blues with rocking blues, Memphis soul ,acoustic elegance with a spice shaker of New Orleans Gumbo all in one show"

This has always been one of my all time favorite Covers by my friend, Joe Cirotti of The Joe Cirotti Trio!
This time, though he truly outdid himself with this exceptional performance covering Jimi Hendrix "Red House" backed by the equally talented Caleb Estey(Drums) and Wayne Lyle(Bass) live at Bernie's Hillside Lounge on 2/7/25.

“Im Pickin Up Love” - What does it mean to you?

On this, the 12 year Anniversary of this Event I realized I'd never created a photo album commemorating the very first time I traveled to NJ for a live music event featuring my friends and their bands!
So here's the photo album Commemorating the event featuring Joe Cirotti's former band Only Living Boy NJ which included the talents of Joe on Lead guitar/vocals, Eric Curley (Bass/vocals) and Trevor Newcomb(drums).
OLBNJ had been a well known and award winning original band from the Hackettstown, NJ area for many years and for this event and after traveling to one of Pottsville/Minersville PA Area's live music venues by the name of Cactus Jack's Southwestern Grill to open for our local hometown bands by the name of Crobot they'd in turn invited Crobot to travel down to Roy's Hall in Blairstown, NJ which was then known as the Historic Blairstown Theatre and open for them.
OLBNJ also invited the talented local songwriter/musician/vocalist Melissa Lucciola to start the evening off with her band.

The evening didn't end there, after the show at Roy's we all then went a few streets over to the Blairstown Inn for a night of acoustic music featuring the members of both OLBNJ and Crobot.

We had a blast and I remember the staff ended up chasing us out at 4am so they could close!! Lol!

So today, 12 years later, sadly OLBNJ has disbanded so the members could branch out to other projects, Joe Cirotti now has The Joe Cirotti Trio and he also lends his talents and vocals to many of NJ's best bands when he can as does Trevor and Eric. Eric Curley has become a very talented professional photographer since.

Crobot and it's members have also become a well known band who are always out there touring the world and creating new and exciting original music as has Melissa Lucciola with her band Francie Moon.

So to Crobot, Melissa Lucciola (Francie Moon), Joe Cirotti, Eric Curley, and Trevor Newcomb as well as Roy's Hall & Blairstown Inn, thank you for all you do, the friendship these past 12 wonderful years!! It's been a true pleasure and I look forward to many more years of friendship and music memories!!
Happy Anniversary of the event that started all my traveling to NJ, surrounding areas, and more to enjoy the live music magic!!

I recently finished my short playlist from the A Musical Celebration: Jimi Hendrix - Featuring Joe Cirotti, Caleb Estey and Wayne Lyle event held at Bernie's Hillside Lounge.
I only captured two videos because I felt my little iPhone 14 might not capture the best quality as I hoped for and I didn't want to put the band in a bad light since there were other videos being recorded in much better quality by my fellow videographers in attendance that evening. Speaking of please keep an eye out as I will be sharing the playlist from my fellow videographer Mr. John Strano on my YouTube Channel and also here on my Network page so you all can enjoy the full 2 sets from that night. I'm always happy to help promote my fellow videographer's work.
Still I would like to share with you this playlist I captured because I was able to get a few different angles and close up shots during the recordings that I think came out pretty nifty and enjoyable.
So without further Adieu Here's "CEL"-Joe Cirotti, Caleb Estey Music, and Wayne Lyle better known now as The Hey Joe Band and their incredible performance channeling The Jimi Hendrix Experience.
