I am very blessed that y'all enjoy my SCONES so much. I get asked alot how to make the perfect one, as it can be a little tricky sometimes... Have you ever tried making them?!

🔑 The key to the perfect texture is #1 frozen butter and #2 laminating the dough!

Before and after 📸 show how the frozen butter flakes melt away to create the most perfect little air pockets. The layers from laminating add to the height and "flakey-ness" we all love in a good scone. 🫖
