StellaNova Events will no longer host events at Historic Possum Poke after November 11th. I have sold my interest in the property to my brother Morgan Young. I have no knowledge of his plans for the property.

Meet the ‘1898 Parlor Room’
Why the name? See the 2nd pic.. Sylvester was incorporated in 1898
Location: Front Street in Sylvester, beside City Hall, across from the old Train Depot
Capacity: 40 people
Perfect for private parties including business lunches & dinners, family events, showers, birthdays, celebrations, and girls nights.

We have partnered with Why Knot Catering, aka Carla Tomlinson Baker, to bring this venue to you.
Carla will be utilizing the kitchen for all your catering needs and StellaNova will manage the booking of events.

We are VERY excited and hope you will join us at our grand opening at the beginning of the year to see the final results!
