Fall is in the air and frost will be here soon. This is the last weekend for you-pick flowers on our farm. Grab a date and come on out. Love dahlias? Now is the time to see them in bloom and note your favorites for our dahlia tuber sale that will be opening soon. Presale for tubers will be opening on our website in December and will be available in spring for planting. You-pick flowers are $20 for a jar/vase full, you supply the container. Courter Country Farm is located in Central Kitsap off Central Valley Road. 12000 Courter Lane NW, Poulsbo. Open 10am-3pm through this Sunday only.

Who wants to rush through their BEST DAY EVER? When you get married on our flower farm, you don't have to. Let your family enjoy the entire celebration without feeling like they must hurry through it and clean-up. Check-in Friday afternoon for rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Have your wedding Saturday. You have until noon on Sunday for clean-up.
Our ceremony site sits in the trees on beautiful Barker Creek. Utilize our gorgeous arbor in the woods for first look and wedding photos.
Not only are we a wedding venue, but we are a flower farm and you get first dibs on our floral services when booking with us. We are growing stunning dahlias, roses, eucalyptus and lots of other beauties.
Want to stay the night on our farm? No problem, book our farmhouse that sleeps 8 people. It's a great way to connect with loved ones over the weekend.
We are located in Poulsbo, WA which is a fun little Norwegian town for your out-of-town guests to explore.

We are excited to have Courter Country Farm as one of our hosts this year for farm tour! They are an organic flower farm and event venue in Poulsbo, WA. They offer getaways in one of their AirBnb's to relax and recharge in nature while being minutes from town. This farm has lots to see, including animal experience, onsite play area and more. Their farm will be open to the public from 10am - 4pm on August 13th. Here is a sneak peak at what you can expect to see that day:

🌼 Animal Experiences: Goats, chickens, rabbits, alpacas

Back by popular demand...story time on the farm. Bring the kids out to feed the animals when we open at 10am. Then, at 11am, head down to the creek for a little farm lesson/session. This Friday, meet with farmer Denise who will be reading from Kate Messner's book, Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt. Looking for volunteers to read on future Fridays.

In desperate need of your grass clippings. I know y'all will be out there mowing your lawn this week. Think about dropping off those clippings to our farm. If you are not using pesticides and herbicides, we need those cuttings for our garden. They feed and mulch our plants. Make it a weekly family trip. Visit the animals while you are here!

Anyone up for volunteering Friday to farm-sit for a little while? We hate shutting down the farm while we have out-of-town errands we want to do together. We just need someone to show newbies around the farm and show them the animals. We have someone from 10am-noon. Looking for noon-1:30 and 1:30 to 3pm. Thanks friends!

Anyone else relaxing after a hard days work? Spring on the farm is absolutely our busiest time. A little late night goat cuddles make for a good reminder how blessed we are. Thank- you Kitsap for continuing to smother our farm in your love and kindness.

This was such a hit last weekend, we are going to extend it through Mother's Day weekend. For the flower lover, we have hundreds of dahlia tubers that are eyeing-up nicely grown here on our farm. For the animal lover, come visit our baby goats. A trip to Courter Country Farm is fun for the whole family. We are open daily (minus some Saturday weddings starting in June) from 10am-3pm, no admission, no appointment needed.

Weddings, birthdays, petting zoo, flower farm, photography and overnight stays make Courter Country Farm a gem for the community.

It's Easter weekend, and while we are not holding an egg hunt, we are inviting you out to the farm for an open house. We have 5 new baby goats born this week on the farm. They are so dang cute and already incredibly playful, come give them a warm welcome. We will also have our dahlia tubers for sale, just $5 each. If you visited our farm the past few summers, you will recognize these as the flowers we have grown in our lower field. Fun for the family, fun for the flower lovers. 10am-3pm. No entrance fee.

Spring is in the air and it's time to invite you all back to the farm. Take a break from the day to day and take in nature on our organic flower farm.
The kids will love holding the bunnies, petting the goats, watering the alpaca and feeding the chickens. The farm is open daily from 10am-3pm except on a few Saturdays through the summer when we are hosting weddings.

It's been a long winter and we have missed our friends on the farm. And while we are still knee deep in getting the farm planted up for the season, we are ready for our visitors. Your smiling faces are what feed our souls. We are opening tomorrow 3/20 to our egg and tomato plant customers, 10am -3pm. Of course you can bring the kids out to play while you are here. We have a smaller breed of rabbit this year and 2 guest dwarf does that need to get accustomed to visitors. Come out and love on them.
As you all know, the cost of feed has driven up the cost to feed chickens. Our eggs will be $7/dozen this year to keep up. Your purchase of animal feed helps us to keep them all fat and happy.
And back by popular demand, we will be selling tomato starts. Kevin and I started these several weeks ago and they are ready for your sunny window. The Farmer's Almanac says our last frost is April 1st but we think it's a little early to set them out still. Our plants are in the half gallon pots so you will get "maters sooner rather than later; $8 or 2 for $15. Let us know how many you need and we will set some aside for you.
Not in need of tomatoes or eggs, no worries, our doors will open to the general public, Saturday April 1st.

I am having so much fun looking over photos that are coming in from our couples this summer. What a beautiful bride!
