We are back on regular scheduling! We are up and running, main roads are clear. If we are faced with ice/snow on the side roads or driveways we will assess if it is safe for our drivers and trucks at that time. Our trucks are quite a bit heavier and will sink in soft ground and get stuck faster than your normal vehicle. We WANT to service your Kan, it is a priority for us, but the safety of our drivers and trucks is of the utmost priority. Without them we would not be able to continue with the great service we provide. Please be patient with us as we navigate our way to your Kan. THANK YOU for your continued support and business.

Brrr...who was cold this morning??? There is nothing worse than sitting on a cold toilet, it gets the blood pumping, that's for sure!
Here are some tips to keep your Kan a bit warmer during these cold mornings. (Photo cred - our amazing team member Ruben Gomez in Jefferson County this morning)

Place in Direct Sunlight
It’s amazing what a little sunlight can do. As the sun moves across the sky, it can warm the outer walls of your restroom and radiate heat inside the facility.

Shield from Winds
Consider placing your restroom on the east side of the building, fence, or structure to help shield from the bitter wind chills. By doing this, you’ll not only be fighting the cold, but you’ll also prevent unwanted tip-overs.

Place in Garage or Shed
On occasion, it makes sense to bring the restroom indoors. Once inside, you’ll avoid wind chills and extreme temperatures.

Remove Snow (Yikes - Why is it snowing already???)
Snow build-up is the perfect recipe for creating an even colder experience. Removing piles of snow against the exterior walls will prevent a freezing interior.

Happy November! Time to batten down the hatches and secure those sanicans!
Winds can get intense during the month of November around here.
The first tip is moving the unit inside a structure. This, of course, isn't always optimal, but moving the unit up against a wall that will provide a sense of shelter will help alleviate the tip-overs.
By securing your sanican to something, such as a fence or something heavy will keep it from taking flight. Also securing the door to keep the wind out of the unit will help keep it grounded.
If your unit has become airborne and tipped, be sure to call us and we will send one of our techs out to clean and help secure your unit.
Be safe and enjoy this season of thankfulness!
