Poulsbo Sons of Norway

Our mission is to promote all that is good and noble in Norwegian culture, especially Poulsbo area. Nine women were admitted in 1923.

The Sons of Norway Fraternal Benefit Society was established in 1895 to preserve the best of the Norwegian heritage and culture. The Poulsbo Lodge was formed on February 22, 1916 by thirty-six men of Norwegian descent. In 1973, the Lodge opened its new Grieg Hall. The beautiful lodge is located on the Poulsbo waterfront with a panoramic view of Liberty Bay. With unobstructed views over Liberty Bay

, the lodge has the feel of being on a Norwegian fjord. The Lodge and its members belong to District #2 covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. The Lodge holds its business meetings on the second of Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm.

It's back for summer...TUESDAY NIGHT DINNERS from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Choose between a juicy burger, tender chicken strips, or yummy shrimp, and then decide if you want onion rights or fries with it. There may also be an additional special dinner for the week. FOR JULY 2ND, THE SPECIAL DINNER IS A SHRIMP LOUIE SALAD. No pre-ordering is needed; just come and enjoy.

Please help us get the word out early! We're hosting our annual pancake breakfast DOWNTOWN at Sons of Norway this year instead of North Kitsap High School and Sat., May 18, ONLY. The hours are 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

We hope you all will join us, as this is a big fundraiser for our club! Adults will be $12 each and kids 12 & under will be $6.
