August is always a BBQ Fan Friendly month. Starting out with a busy Pickup Service on Thursday and Fridays unless we have a Triple weekend. And that’s how we are finishing the month. Ending the triple at Port Gamble.

Such a elegant setting for a Backyard wedding. We have brought it all for this one. Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Peach Beans, Classic potato Salad, Smoked Mac-N-Cheese, Summer Melon Salad, Coleslaw, Buffalo Turds, Mozzarella/Tomato Skewers and Cornbread.

We are excited to announce that we have a busy schedule for the month of May. Starting out with fun catering event for a Yacht Club racing day. Then moving right into the Open House Wedding Event at Port Gamble on May 5th. Our first time at Viking Fest in Poulsbo on the 17th, 18th and 19th. And will finish the month with our own BBQ Pickup Service for the Memorial Day Holiday at our Kitchen location. Serving up our standard favorites.
