✨Our BIGGEST event (so far) each year is treating Abbott associates!🍦It requires 3️⃣ machines, 2️⃣ flavors, 1️⃣ day off from Jared’s full-time job and provides countless smiles for both us and them! 😁

This event has been a HIT each year with associates asking quickly after when we’ll be back and us learning how to do it better & more efficient than the last — and I already know next year will be! 👏

Monday memories with some recent 📸 roll pictures from last week! I’ll be honest, towards the end of the week, I found myself saying — it’s not always sunshine and sprinkles — man, what a week it was!

🍦we had 9 events in 7 days, including 5 at various OhioHealth Emergency Care centers around Columbus
🍫 we had some fun celebrating a family anniversary with soft serve and creating some content
🏫 the kids had their first full week of school
🩷 we said goodbye to my sister after her once-a- year visit
☀️ we took advantage of a free Friday night from events and ordered pizza and took it to the pool for one of the kids last summer swims
⚙️we had late-night trailer problems for the first time which made for a very unexpected evening for our family
🚤 we rented a pontoon boat from Summer Day Adventures and made wonderful memories with the kids and enjoyed a much needed day off
💐 lastly, I treated myself to a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the cutest roadside stand — Pocket Full of Posies

Here’s to another busy week of🍦and getting back into the school routine and hopefully some cooler fall weather in the coming weeks! 🤞🏻

A picture is worth a thousand words.🍦

“Jessica, saying they enjoyed the soft serve is an understatement. Every single person that you see in these pictures came down two and three times. They loved your ice cream. As did I. I had three chocolate cones!! 😁 You may have a small business, but it packs a HUGE punch and reaches so many. I mean, who doesn’t like ice cream, right?! All our STG employees in Dublin know who Simple Soft Serve is and get so very excited when we partner with you to be able to share your sweet treat!”

Our School Supply Drive-By event is this week! Every person who brings school supplies, to benefit our upcoming Back-to-School Bash, will receive free soft serve ice cream from our friends at Simple Soft Serve. We look forward to seeing everyone this Wednesday, July 24th from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the NC4K Office.

Self serve or not — that’s up to you!🍦While self serve is fun, when you rent one of our machines if you want to assign someone to help regulate servings, that’s perfect! This option can be very helpful when the crowd is large and continuous or if you just don’t want people to go crazy with their soft serve! 😂

These two wonderful people from an event at Heritage Christian Church were perfect for the job and had so much fun doing it!🍦

This large corporate rental request came in with just 5 days notice, and while most times that is not possible (for many reasons), this time, the stars aligned and I’m SO glad they did.🤩

Cancer. Unfortunately, we all probably know someone currently fighting or have lost someone from this terrible disease. I know personally, the list gets longer and longer each year which is why I continue to participate in .💚

🚲This year marks my 1️⃣3️⃣th year of participation in this amazing ride weekend! Last year, was an especially memorable one for me as I had my first Simple Soft Serve jersey made and was fueled by the names of who I ride for on the back … the true reason I push myself physically each year and raise $ to make an impact through innovative cancer research.

💚This won’t be the first time I share about this amazing experience. This year, we’re riding 50 miles for our ride on August 3, because well, we’ve learned training is a bit hard during our busiest time of year. 😉 To date, I’ve raised $32,750 and can’t wait to see what this year brings!!

💚 A special thank you to , @614.mom and who were represented on my first jersey!

Nothing staged here and there’s a reason! Let me explain:

🍦Photo 1 - our soft serve truly is a great way to beat the heat and I love a simple topping!
🍦Photo 2 - when kids meet our self-serve machine, they love it and their cones won’t be pretty but that’s ok, it’s still delicious!
🍦Photo 3 - sauces and maraschino cherries are always a mess, be prepared.
🍦Photo 4 - if you just want a taste, or prefer things on the small side, you can - the JOY of self serve!

What photo can you relate to most? 😳Sure, staged photos are pretty but they’re not reality! 😉
