It has been a labor of love since it opened its barn doors in April 2014. Family owned for 100 plus years by the Blanton family; the goal was to preserve the 100 plus acre fa

mily original dairy farm that was built in 1915. Couples love that so much is included with the weekend destination farm estate venue. There are also Sunday, weekday and mid and off-season Saturdays available. Visit The Knot, Wedding Wire and Google for reviews for the five star wedding and event venue. The large vintage style ADA climate controlled large barn is fully decorated by season and furnished with antique farm tables and chairs, has ADA restrooms and much more. A large separate rustic chic pavilion is adjacent to the barn in 2015 and made it all weather in 2020. The entire property has backup generators and has you covered year-round. There is a 2000 square foot game room building, and the venue is located on a 115 acre retreat style site. We can host up to 50 onsite guests with our large renovated farmhouse, large waterfront cottage, and beautifully restored 2000 square foot hay loft and 4000 square foot dairy barn loft that is like no other. Our Story

Fairview Farm, is one of the largest rustic chic authentic barn venues in central Virginia with facilities totaling over twenty thousand square feet. It has been an intense labor of love since opening its barn doors in April 2014. Our family wanted to preserve the 100 plus acre family dairy farm that was built in 1915 and owned by the Blanton family for over 100 years.

Fairview Farm has a new website and it provides you with a photo gallery, videos and specifics about packages. They are one of the few weekend venues who will share their up to date calendar on their website. The venue was one the first in central Virginia to erect a large two story vintage style ADA climate controlled cedar barn that is professionally decorated by season and furnished with antique farm tables and chairs, has ADA restrooms and much more. Their desire is to give families something unique; a Weekend, Sunday or weekday to always remember. A large separate rustic chic pavilion with chandeliers and bistro lighting was added in 2015 and you can visit Pinterest to see all the many free props that are included.

Fairview Farm Events is about the experience and creating a lasting memory. We have chosen to focus on creating a 115 acre farm estate into a fun, relaxing weekend or Sunday venue that can now accommodate up to fifty onsite guests with the completion of the transformation of the 2200 hay barn loft in 2017 and 4000 square foot dairy barn into an amazing loft in 2018. Occupancy has been determined by Powhatan County of 245 guests for this venue.

The renovated farmhouse and massive game room building is part of the Weekend package and now there is a Premiere package that also includes a beautiful waterfront cottage and hay barn. The dairy barn property is optional for all packages.
