To all the loyal Pozo Oldtime Music Gatherers, unfortunately due to too much uncertainty to wether there will be an open saloon and other facilities this year, I feel it’s better to cancel Pozo 2023 and look to 2024 for the next Gathering.

To all the great golks who have been “pozoed” Thank for your support. The Pozo Saloon changed hands over the winter and the saloon is going through some renovations that will make it unavailable for the Gathering this year. They are very interested in continuing the tradition though so expect to return in 2023! So to all the wonderful musicians that have been there every year David Bragger, Susan Platz, The Have More Fun Stringband, Smoke Holler, Oldtime Machine, Jim snd Amber Mueller , thanks for joining us The SLO County Stumblers and we’ll see you next year!

Mark your calenders and make your plans! The third annual Pozo Saloon Oldtime Music Gathering is back and will be at the historic Pozo Saloon once again. Help us make this event an ongoing success and bring your best oldtime chops. This year we have added a concert in San Luis Obispo on Thursday Nov. 11, followed by camping(tent only) at the Saloon starting Nov. 12th. There is nearby RV camping at Santa Margarita Lake Campground. As always there is no admission, just come and play. For details, schedule, contact numbers, we now have a website: www.pozooldtime.com

Camping At Pozo Saloon 2021
This year we are trying something new. Camping is offered for TENT CAMPING ONLY on the grounds at the historic Pozo Saloon. This is a service that is offered by the owners of the saloon. Because it is the first time, please be patient with us as we work out the details. It is possible in the future that we can offer RV sites.
RV sites are available at nearby Santa Margarita Lake go to: reservations.slocountyparks.com
The sites most Pozo Old-time Gathering campers choose are in Coyote and Road Runner. Be sure if you’re RV camping to reserve your site in the Santa Margarita Lake site and not in the KOA campground.

Howdy folks! The Pozo Oldtime Music Gathering is back for the 3rd time and scheduled for Veterans Day Weekend. We'll be launching all the information soon and there are some great changes and new folks coming! Stay tuned and mark your calenders it's gonna be a hoot!
