A few weeks ago I was asked to create some arrangements for a U of A graduation party for Niki Slinkard’s (Hogeye Inc) daughter Savanah.
A table arrangement, and an arrangement to go on a 3 ft table in their swimming pool. In addition she wanted a large free floating arrangement to float in the pool.
I’m gonna tell you I was nervous, I told Niki I had never done a floating arrangement before, she said “Leslie I know you got this! I believe in you”
That was the confidence I needed, let me tell you when someone believes in you and knows your work… you can do anything! Thank you Niki!

Here is what I created and the oooos and ahhhs made my day.

Well, we are back in the shop from our wonderful Arkansas Florist Association Convention. We had an amazing time getting to talk with some absolutely amazing designers, visit with old and new floral friends and walk thru trade show venders to see what all the new stuff that is coming soon. Daniel and Fausto with EC Flowers came to see us all the the way from Equador. Thank you guys for being here in Arkansas I would also like to introduce one of the newest members of our team. Most of you already know Carter Collins but he is now officially a AR Master Florist. He graduated master florist class this last weekend and he did amazing. Everyone please help us congratulate Carter Collins aka “Wonder Boy Genius”!!!!
