The HALL OF FAME! I have so many words to share and don't even know where to start. Thanks to you all, I've received my 5th Madison Music Awards Male Vocalist of the Year Award, landing me automatically in the Hall of Fame! I'm blown away and so sincerely grateful for the recognition.

While I was too tongue-tied to say much during the award show, I wanted to circle back on a few much deserved thank-you's. Many of these thanks are tied to those who helped me find my voice and the courage to use it.

Thank you to the Sauk Prairie Music department as a whole, with special thanks to Matt Brennan, Matthew Koscinski, and the late Karen Luher and Sue Halloway, may they rest in peace. Thank you for pushing me to take risks.
Thank you to my piano and guitar teacher, Robin Steinweg for encouraging me to be creative and write my first songs.

Thank you to my Sauk Prairie community, my Madison community, my Northwoods, Appleton, Milwaukee, Wausau, Eau Claire communities, and so many others. Thank you to my many friends and family members that have come to hundreds of shows and supported me over the years. Your encouragement has pushed me so much more than you'll ever know.

Thank you to my manager and one of my closest friends, Jonathan Little, as well as his family and friends. You all really do make me feel like a rockstar with you in my corner.

Thank you to Lilly Kobs for pushing me forward through the hard times, always putting a positive spin on things when the road gets tough. Thanks for the quiet times the days my voice has been in too much pain to use. Thanks for making me feel like my voice can make a difference.

Thank you to the hundreds of venues across the world that have given me a place to use my voice. Without you all, there's no way I'd be writing this post.

Thank YOU. You're reading this post, and that means you're still helping me on my journey. I'm thankful my voice has found it's way to you.

On Tuesday, the River Arts Center welcomed students from area schools including Sauk Prairie, Reedsburg, and Lodi for two performances of Eau Claire Children's Theatre's "Spookly the Square Pumpkin"!

ECCT has been performing annually for area students since 2016, visiting us on their fall tour. We love the opportunity to help kids have the ability to see live theatre!

A shout out to Austin, our amazing custodian for the River Arts Center! Austin takes care of all the cleaning between events, sometimes working very odd hours to make sure our spaces are ready for students, patrons, and other guests. His work is very appreciated!

The hours, the physical demands, and the never-ending workload. We see you, custodians!

Today is National School Custodian Appreciation Day! Thank you to our crew of hardworking, dedicated and motivated custodians. Our buildings shine a little brighter and our classrooms are a little more welcoming thanks to you! Thanks for helping us soar!
