Wish you knew how to make them?

You aren’t the only one!

We have so many people ask for our techniques and recipes but this is our number #1 request. While we love making everything Dubai and we spent a lot of time perfecting the process, we want to share with you exactly how to make these treats at home💖

Coming in the next few days we will have an event sign up for classes where you can learn to make Dubai Chocolate confections.

Classes will include:

💚What is Kataifi and how to prepare this string pastry for Dubai Filling.

💚How to make your own Pistachio Butter from scratch.

💚How to temper chocolate for Dubai bars.

💚How to make the perfect chocolate ganache for Dubai Strawberry Cups.

💚How to make the Dubai Pistachio Kataifi Filling

While the girls were growing up, and still growing up, we’ve always celebrated “National Days” and “National Weeks” just because it was fun and I love that kind of randomness.. I once brought home a DQ ice cream cake that read “Happy Monday”… it was a very Mondayish Monday and really needed some cake 🥳
