Home made Taco Salad for me and my beautiful wife. A combination of Ground Beef, Ground Turkey, Mushrooms. Topped with Tomatoes, Shredded Lettuce, Shredded Mexican Cheese, Black Olives and Tostadas and Hot Sauce... Mmmmm Sooo Good.
