Next time you do family pictures- what color scheme for your outfits do you want to incorporate? Wlhat time of year do you want them done? Any specific location? I love blue and a neutral. I also love bright colors too! It is so fun to mix it up from one year to the next.

I have gotten SO lucky this summer, to get some beautiful overcast/stormy skies! Its created some really moody sessions and been so fun! It still rained on us this session but Kaylee & Tallon embraced it.

The day we shot this session, it was COLD, WINDY, and all the things that come with an Idaho spring evening. Kentley was a champ! She incorporated this fur coat that was her great grandmas, it was such a fun piece and added something special to her photos.

Photographer tip that I learned from another photographer. Summer weddings- keep a cooler of COLD water and other snacks in your car. Mine has wheels so if i need too, i can wheel it around and make sure wedding guests are hydrated!

As my family has grown, few things get me more excited than fresh family pictures to put on my wall. It is so fun to see how each of the kids personalities come out and are captured so well. Moments in time to remember forever! I am booking family sessions through the end of the summer.
