This customer was given a quote for a pump replacement after her grinder pit overflowed. She was given the quote without any kind of diagnosis done and decided to give us a call for a second opinion. After we inspected the pump we found rags and wipes had locked up the grinder pump causing the pump pit to overflow. We pulled the pump, removed the wipes, spun the pump by hand, checked voltage across the whole circuit, and now the grinder pit is back in working order without major costly repairs!
