Gracious interiors, covered and open terraces, and sweeping lawns overlooking a lake form the backdrop for your choice of caterers, florists, and party suppliers. From April to November, when the covered outdoor terrace is in use, the venue may host up to 130 guests. The colder months afford a more intimate setting for up to 50 inside the house. We are located just five minutes from Nassau Street

in the gorgeous university town of Princeton and in the midst of a 90-acre nature preserve owned by the Municipality of Princeton and manage by the Friends of Princeton Open Space. Profits from the rental of the house help support open space preservation in Princeton. Business meetings and luncheons become creative and thoughtful away from the press of telephone and email.
