Oftentimes the question becomes do we hire a day of coordinator? Here are just some of the things we take care of as event coordinators here at the Barn!

✨Setting up of all guests tables and chairs.
✨Setting up of all ceremony chairs
✨Set up of inside and outside bar
✨Ensure the building is show ready for all guests
✨Light or turn on all candles while you are saying I do!
✨Greet vendors and be sure to they have all necessary details
✨ Coordinating rehearsal and day of ceremony line up for bridal party
✨We are able to cut your cake and fill desserts throughout the night!
✨Able to answer any planning questions leading up to your big day!
✨Oversee the general flow of events throughout the day of your wedding!
