Do you remember the good ol days of seeing sour sop trees in people’s yards back home in Trinidad? Well if you’re like us, in foreign, this is what you find in supermarkets.
Another reminder, to cherish what you have and not take it for granted.

By the way for those who don’t know, sour sop is a fruit whose flesh when ripen, can be eaten raw or used in drinks like smoothies and juices as well as made into ice-cream. The leaves are used for making tea which is used to help treat fevers, hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes.

💚Green Seasoning💚
Made with fresh scallions, parsley, thyme, garlic, onions, ginger, pimento (the Trini kind) pepper.
Used to season meats and for flavoring yuh pot 🍲

Portugal is a type of citrus in Trinidad. Similar to a tangerine or mandarin. It's a sweet snack by itself or tangy in a chow and delicious as a juice. Big up to all de farmers and vendors in Trinidad and Tobago.
