Dinner time for these 3 rescued tortoises!

Sulcata tortoises don’t have any teeth. Instead, their jaw is covered with a h***y layer forming a powerful, sharp beak. Tortoises eat by using their beaks to shred the food.

So Cute! Penelope was rooting her toy and wrapped it around her nose!

Rooting is a natural behavior for pigs where the pig uses their snout to push or nudge into something repeatedly. Pigs root in different ways for different reasons: for comfort, to communicate, to cool off, or to search for food.
