The Fort Knox Scottish Tattoo is sponsored by the Friends of Fort Knox and the Saint Andrews Society of Maine. The Great Highland bagpipe feature prominently as bands present the traditional and contemporary music from a global Scottish culture. The bands will display their individual styles and talents in consecutive concerts on the Fort Knox parade grounds, and will play several selections enmasse. Opening the show will be the fife's & drums of the 3rd Maine Volunteers, Field Music.
