We’re summoning some warmth with our memories of springtime here in the feed today, as well as within the shop.
Our friends up the street at are running a winter clothing drive throughout the month of January. Now’s a great time to look through those closets for any gently used jackets, gloves, and other warm clothes you can part with.

💐📣 WINTER HOURS JUST DROPPED! 📣💐
Winter is a time for slowing down, and in some cases hibernation… but don’t worry, we’re not holing up in a cave anytime soon!
However, starting this month our shop on Wickenden WILL be CLOSED on Saturdays for walk ins and browsing.
We will still be offering limited Saturday delivery and pick ups between 9am-11am for orders that are placed BEFORE 3PM on Fridays.
Got a Saturday or Sunday event you need florals for? Not a problem! Just give us a call ahead of time at 401-351-1775 and we can make it happen.
In the meantime, you can still swing by in person Monday through Friday from 9-6 or shop online at fourbudsfloral.com—available 24/7!

As you can see, processing poppies is a little different than your average flower. Cauterizing the bottom of the stem helps them pop out of their hairy husks more quickly and prevents their sap from seeping helping the poppies retain their moisture and nutrients so they don’t wilt as quickly. Lesson being; sometimes all we need is a little fire under our asses to get us blooming! #natureismetal
